Price is based on a fan flued regular or combination boiler, prices for conventional flued boilers are slightly more, please call or use the contact form for clarification of costs with the details of your appliance.
Each Appliance Service consists of an Internal inspection, checking/cleaning the Condensate Trap, Flue Gas Analysis, Gas Rate, Flue inspection and Integrity Check and a Gas Tightness Test is carried out on the system. Cleaning of any Heating Return Filter (Magnaclean/Fernox TF1). For Combination, System Boilers and some Unvented Hot Water Systems an Inspection of the Expansion Vessel to check the Pre-Charge is also carried out.
All Landlords appliances must be serviced and checked yearly.
In additional to the Safety Check on the boiler, we will inspect up to 2 appliances for the price shown.
Where there is an Unvented Hot Water cylinder, we will check this and it will be classed as a 2nd appliance.
If the number of appliances total more than 3 then and additional charge of £15 will be charged per additional appliance.
Gas Fires require servicing each year and tend to go unforgotten, if you have a flueless appliance this needs to be checked every 6 months.
If as a Landlord you have a Service Contract with the likes of British Gas, we can still carry out the Safety Checks for you at the prices in Row 4, titled Landlord Gas Safety Certificates, the prices in that row are for a maximum of 3 appliances. You will need to prove that the boiler and/or Gas Fires have been serviced by your contracted service company.
All parts required for servicing are an additional cost to the rate shown.
All Services are carried out on working appliances.
